Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Government Purchase Cards.
To purchase with a wire transfer or pre-pay check, please proceed to the check-out and select the correct option for payment method. The order will be held for 15 days until payment is received, at which time the items will ship.
We accept Government Charge Accounts. Please call our customer service line or send an e-mail for any questions you may have.
Sales tax is charged for purchases shipped to NC; all other states are non-taxable.
Shipping
Shipping: We ship via FedEx, UPS or DHL. Best Way Motor Freight is used for orders over 140 lbs or which contain fragile contents and/or oversized packages.
We ship from: Various distribution centers across the U.S., including manufacturers and our logistics center.
We ship to: The continental U.S. only.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: All orders are shipped FOB Origin, which means that ownership of the goods is transferred to the buyer as soon as the item or items leave the point of origin. Please call our customer service department in the event of a shipment that becomes damaged or lost in transit; we will provide support via phone or e-mail if such an unfortunate incident occurs. Please contact customer service within 10 days of receiving a damaged shipment or upon discovering that a shipment is lost.
Warranties
Each manufacturer is responsible for faulty products. (For items damaged in transit, please refer to the above section on shipping). Please check with a product’s manufacturer for warranty coverage or return policy before purchasing the product. Inspect each product before use.
It may be difficult to determine if industrial equipment fails due to material or product defects, or due to incorrect use by an operator. In the event of a problem with the product, please contact our customer service department for assistance in obtaining an exchange, repair or replacement via the manufacturer’s warranty. Please call within 10 days of receiving the product or within 3 days of equipment failure so that we may provide proper support.
Returns
Each manufacturer has its own return policy and is responsible for accepting or rejecting returns. Please check with a product’s manufacturer for more information about their return policy regarding “change of mind” returns. (For returns due to faulty equipment, please see above section on warranties).
In the event that a product needs to be returned, please contact our customer service department for return authorization. Customer Service must be alerted of the intent to return within 10 business days of receiving the product. The product can only be returned if it is not used and in original packaging. The manufacturer reserves the right to authorize or reject the return depending on the product and the circumstances of the return. Each return is handled on a case-by-case basis. A 30% restocking fee will apply.

Rigging.com sells rigging tools to consumers who have the understanding that purchased products can only be operated by a professional. Once the purchased product leaves its point of origin, Rigging.com is no longer responsible for it or any events which pertain to the use of the purchased product.
Rigging.com endeavors to provide rigging information in order to help you buy the best product for your needs, but it does not provide instructions or training regarding proper use of the products. We have compiled product information as best as possible, but we are not liable for incorrect or missing technical information or specifications. Please check with the manufacturer of each product for operating instructions.
