Lever Hoist - Heavy Duty - Load Capacity 9 Ton - Lift - 20 ft
Item: Hoist - Lever - Heavy Duty - Overload Protection. Capacity: 9 tons. Standard Lift: 20 feet
Applications: Used for lifting and pulling applications. 360° (degrees) rotating handle allows the operator to work in confined spaces
Value Added Feature: Features an overload protection mechanism to prevent misuse and to reduce the risk of injuries. These hoists require 20%. 30% less effort than similar hoists. Ideal for frequent use
Description: The lever hoists are outfitted with a load holding weather proof Weston Brake, an the gears are protected from contamination and debris. The chain is electro-zinc plated to provide a non-oily durable finish, and the housing is powder coated against corrosion. All gears and shafts have maintenance free lubrication roller bearings. The safety latches on the hooks can easily be changed out, and the hoists can be quickly disassembled for fast and easy maintenance. When not under load, the operator can disengage the hoist’s gearing (free wheel feature) to allow for a quick adjustment of chain for faster operation. The rubber grip on the steel handle provides a non-slip / sure grip surface. The top hook rotates to accommodate the rotation of the hoist, while the lower hooks rotate to accommodate the rotation of the load. Lower block is included with multi-strand hoists.
Safety Standards: Triple tested to 150% of the hoist’s rating, and then the overload is set. Comes with a serial number specific test certificate. Housing bears a stainless steel riveted ID Tag displaying the capacity. Meets or exceeds the following safety standards: CE, AS 1418.2, ANSI B30.21 and ANSI B30.16
Includes: (1) one hoist
WARNING: Never exceed rated capacity!
- Chain Diameter (mm) 10
- Handle Load Effort at Max Load (lbs) 79.37
- Headroom (in) 27.56
- Hook Opening Width (in) 2.28
- Lever Handle Length (in) 16.14
- Load Capacity (tons) 9
- Standard Lift (ft) 20

- Never exceed working load limits!
- Standard lift refers to the distance traveled by hook from extended to retracted.
The overload protection mechanism prevents the operator from overloading the hoist. When the hoist senses too much weight, it will not allow further pulling or hoisting. Lower the load, if lifting, or release the load, if pulling.
